Hi Guys I'm a silent reader here since 2022 and decided to purchase a watch this year.
After reading so many threads to choose a TD, I decided to choose Steve. Here is my experience with him:
Inquiry:
19 Nov 23 : I contacted him through Whatsapp asking for the watch and he said it is not available with the movement I want (a2824)
20 Nov 23 : He sourced it and messaged me back telling me that the watch is available. I paid $50 as a deposit via Wise and wait for the QC
1st QC:
25 Nov 23 : Got the first QC, had 21 exchanged emails with Steve for a week about the QC and GL the watch.
27 Nov 23: Made full payment via WISE.
27 Nov 23: On the last minute I did final QC checking and asked about something in the dial that I thought might be dust and Steve suggested me to RL and wait for him to find a replacement.
24 Jan 24: Got 2nd QC, but after inspection I found that the picture was the same as the 1st and Steve told it was a mistake and asked me to wait a bit more
2nd QC:
25 Feb 24: 3rd QC arrived, had 9 exchanged emails and finally GL the watch after few days.
Delivery:
1 March 24: received tracking order email
20 March 24 : Watch received
It took 4 months in total, but I think Steve is very helpful and have no biggies helping me with additional QC request. He also shown some care for me when I want to GL the first (imperfect watch) but He said that better for me to wait. Even after I fully paid it, he still considered my last minute email about the watch.
Communication via whatsapp and email is really easy and fast.
I hope he could maintain this level of service and hope you guys will also have a good experience with Steve.
About the watch it self, I dont have a high res photo, but picture below is the KOR and a GEN I took in AD. I am quite a detailed person as you can see I had total of 30 exchanged emails about QC with Steve, and I can say this watch is NWBIG.
