Hi, I am relatively new here and when I reached out to Stan he was very responsive to my numerous questions. He researched things for me and never pushed me to buy anything. He educated me and allowed me to figure out what I was looking for based on my description. I received pictures of my watch within a day of emailing him what model I was looking for. I received the watch 2 days later. I was shocked when I opened the package and saw how great it looked and how substantial it felt in my hands.
