In email PT request me to transfer 490
instruction: place order Qty 490 in xuhangblocks

However the system will charge me AGAIN with 30usd shipping fees
this will end up paying 520 instead of 490

Is this normal?

If it's because of conversion charge
can I change payment to Transfer Wise?
Wise conversion is more transparent & lower?

You can put QTY as 460, this will make the total $490 with the $30 shipping in the payment link
But there might be conversion charge when you pay.
