My first order with @puretime has started - making this thread to update my timeline and customer service experience.
So far I have been dealing with Marie via email, and she has been very prompt and helpful with this process.
Oct 31 - Reached out to Puretime sales about a Tudor Black Bay 58 39mm ZF
Nov 1 - Marie was kind enough to confirm that this particular watch was available to order with an expected wait time of 3-4 days, followed by a further expected 10-14 days postage time
Nov 1 - Decided to pull the trigger and submit the order (order no. #100276866). Now awaiting payment link to be sent which should be within 24 hours of order submission
Will continue to update as I receive further information
