• Dec 19th: QC pics received. Requested more pics of the watch-face as it looked like a couple of scratches on the dial (but did not RL it, as it would probably be not visible to the naked eye).
• Dec 20th: TD advised that watch has been returned and to wait for replacement. That was great for PT to RL it straight away.
• Jan 6th: New watch’s QC received, checked and approved straight away.
• Jan 10th: Tracking Received
• Jan 17th: Watch Received.
