They sent it back within 3 hours . Crazy I went to postal office right after it said a failed delivery, timeline 9:06 showed as failed went to postal service before 9:30am and emailed Alice. Guy working front said driver still on his route and to come back before 6 before they close. Went there 5:30pm showed them the update and they told me driver still not back and to come pickup it up Saturday morning today. I get a phone call from postal service twice around 620pm and that my package was sent back to sender at 11:24am is when it got scanned for pickup to ship back.Wtf, your postal service sent it back after one failed delivery? That's crazy..
Where I live, if the package cannot be delivered, it is sent to the post office and remains there for a minimum of 2 weeks before being sent back if it is not picked up.
Don't think it required a signature crazy is I have the same postal driver everyday and I shipped it to my business where I have a front office staff and I let them know I have a package arriving. I emailed Alice letting know it got sent back to sender should arrive Monday or Tuesday. Interesting to see what happens here. The whole situation sounds shady AF. They tell you the driver is still doing their route at 9:30 and that means your watch is still on the truck. Then you go back at 5:30 and they tell you again the driver is still not back and to come pick it up today. I know I went off on the guy calling me which was I guy I talked to in the PM shift. Said how does at 5:30 went I get there still had the same message update then when I left update message on there saying sent back to sender at 11:24. Per postal service driver was on his route at 7:04am stop by my place of business at 9:06 showed attempt delivery, I got there before 9:30am said what's going on , they told me to come back before they close at 6. Go there and said for some reason driver has to come back to base around 11am drop my package back so it can get back to sender. The guy working at the post office should have red flagged your package and it should have been held for you to pick it up either last night or today. Now how the hell did your package get off the truck around 11 when the driver was out still doing their deliveries.
Also when you were there last night they should have known that your package was scanned and ready to be sent back to sender but should still be at the post office for you to pick up. Most packages leaving post offices don't go out till late evening and with it being Friday most packages would usually get picked up sometime Monday.
I don't know what to think - I've been in contact via email with chazingtime as of yesterday was they said they we going to resend and send new QC pic then today they switched up and said now I have to pay for the replacement at cost because it's not there fault it got ship to my address. Noting got ship to my place of business. Still working it out with chazingtime. I don't even know id I should go back to postal service and ask to have them check in tracking numberI’m fairly new to this forum, but the few times I’ve read about a watch being sent back that fast, it’s usually because the watch was ordered from a fake/scam site and it was never actually sent.
I hope this isn’t the case OP.
Correct website and email is correct definitely not getting scammed. Just trying to figure out with chazingtime what to do yesterday email from them was we will resend watch along with new QC photos then this morning is it's not our fault in order to get watches you need to purchase again and we will give it to you at cost. I'm not sure how I feel about it since I have 3 other watches pending . 2 Qc 'ed and shipped last week. Clearly I'm not getting over on them. Just wish I would had ask this question prior to getting it shipped because I see other TDs if items don't arrive they will ship out a 2nd one on them .Did you use https://chazingtime.io as the website to order from? Are you using the email [email protected] to communicat? If not, you might have been scammed.
