1st order from Trusty - a little disappointed

Been ordering from Puretime mostly over the years.

Decided to give both Jtime and Trusty a shot - ordered 1 watch from each.

Trusty - received final QC on 11/23
Shipping info on 11/25

Tracking has not moved since. I contacted Andrew a few days ago and waiting an update.

I know it’s xmas time and Corona time but...

In the meantime, Jtime arrived in less than 2 weeks and another non-watch purchased from China made it to Canada in less than 1 week.

I’ll keep waiting...

It might just be Xmas and maybe a little of the COVID. . Mine shows it sitting at LAX since November 27th. The wait is difficult but I doubt it’s Andrew’s fault. I’m waiting for four watches so it can get a little nerve racking but Trusty has a good reputation here from what I can see so I calm my nerves that way. Actually my tracking is all strange. Showed it cleared customs at LAX then it shows it leaving Hong Kong, then it shows it progressing through post at LAX so it may just be errors with the shippers. But Andrew is great at responding quickly to questions.

I have had parcels arrive from China within a week or so, then other parcels that have sat for a month or more. Even though they were sent at very similar times.

The post is just all screwy at the moment, with no rhyme nor reason.

I hope you're aware that the TD has no influence whatsoever on this once the parcel leaves his hands. That said, it's quite unfair to open a thread with this title in his review section, don't you think?

I think that is the case here. Even though this is only my second order of rep watches, that’s what I am expericing. Again, at no fault of Trusty and I think the OP’s gripe is really with shipping from China and not Andrew. Just my 2 cents.

Yep nothing to do with Andrew, he beat his old record this week 5 days from dispatch to delivery here in the U.K. can’t say enough good things about the guy

Not Andrew’s shipment but I have one that was in the next state over, then shipped to the opposite side of the country, now it’s “moving through usps network” they’re all messed up. I couldn’t even log into usps yesterday to print a label. Christmas plus COVID equals disaster.

It's already been said but I'll always go to bat for Andrew as I've only had great buying experiences with him.

At this point I'm just assuming anything I order from China is taking two months to get to me. USPS took almost two weeks to get a letter to someone who lives in my city ffs.
