1st Order - Cartier Tank

First order with Andiot/Elliot. Was responsive on the whatapp when first messaged.
I placed the order and paid today. About 30mins after payment+email screenshot - got an email saying my orders moved to Processing.

Thought I'd post an update and ask for some advice/air some frustrations. Payment was cleared as per my last post on the 11th.

QC took quite a while, Elliot mentioned factory was slow, but QC eventually arrived when I followed up with him on the 26th asking for an update. I never got an email but the QC photos he sent me were dated 22nd. He said package had already been shipped so didn't wait for my GL. Small gripe with the images but he's ensured me my concerns are ok and watch is fine.

Tracking is showing as being shipment picked up on 26th July with no further update. I got the tracking details emailed to me on the 2nd Aug.

I asked him for an update on the 9th and he insisted he did not email me tracking. I showed him his email (dated 2nd) and he just said check next week (this week)

Still no update but i'll wait.

Update.

The watch arrived on the 15th Aug.

So there was an issue with logistics on the first shipment marked 26th July. It was reshipped on the 8th (unbeknownst to me) So When I spoke to Elliot on the 9th, thats where the confusion was with him suggesting he had not emailed me tracking (he had not emailed the new tracking number yet) Spoke to him on Weds just asking for an update, which is when he realised he didn't send me the new number as I was tracking the old one, he sent the new tracking number which showed RM had the parcel and was delivering on the day!

Watch arrived perfectly wrapped. It genuinely looks better than the photos, very pleased.

So it took slightly longer than expected, but all in all, pleased with the outcome

Thanks! I got the small size. It was a gift for the wife (she knows it a rep). Looks great on her wrist. Looks a bit too small on mine for my liking (6.5ish wrist)

Thanks, my order will also be for my wife (she knows it's a rep too), she is 6'2 so i'm thinking the large will be a better fit.
