Alright, one more post on this topic. It's funny how when I reacted to Bluefin's post I KNEW he would bite....I mean post....back. Telling someone you don't know that they are not of an age, or status, or level of experience to have certain feelings/views/opinions regarding anything (not just politics and religion) but also love, occupation, hobbies, interests and such, simply describes that certain lack of maturity/age/experience you say that I have.
Although it seems I am taking this too personal, which I may be, I believe that saying things like:
Hmmm,,you might be to young to fully understand belief.
are totally uncalled for. Now, one might argue that it was meant to be humerous (afterall we are in the humour section), I can't tell as the only thing I see is the words on the computer screen and not the tone of voice or expression at the time.
Age has nothing to do with how you interpret things. Theres a kid at my school who is 6 and pratically knows the entire situation of Iraq and Oil supply and demand in the Middle East. Now, this is incredible and may seem overboard but should I tell him to stop doing what he's doing and play with building blocks?
To each his own I guess. I enjoy analyzing things, hence my interest in psychology, hence my upcoming psychology course at school and hence my university application for a bachelor in psychology.
You can have whatever opinion of me what you want, however I personally believe, that calling for "not the the right age" to have a certain view on something thats personal, such as religion, is wrong, and I stand firm on that.
