1972 Rolex Daytona 6265 ROC tropical silver dial.
A lot of time and effort went into creating an authentic looking vintage Rolex Daytona, using a JK Factory/Cartel Daytona as the base.
Extensive modifications have been made to the case to bring it in line with the dimensions of a genuine case, modifying it so that it will accept gen' spec' pushers, tube, crystal and bezel ring.
No one part of the watch was neglected, every part has been modified in some way in order to achieve the desired result.
The dial has been customized to mimic the effects of time and also the effects of tritium and light on the paint surface, turning the sub-dials a mild 'tropical' brown.
There is patina on the case, representing a gently worn well preserved watch dating from the 1970's.
The bracelet has also been reworked in order to give the look and feeling of a frequently worn 50 years old bracelet.
This bracelet will fit wrists from 17.5 cm - 20 cm. If your wrist is larger/smaller then you need to tell me before I ship so that I can add/subtract links from the bracelet.
Build specs:
The case has been slimmed to same dimensions as genuine. The original mid-case is 5mm thick at the centre and 13.7mm tall with a genuine service crystal.
The case profile has been reshaped, the rehaut reprofiled, all case parts brushed, polished, ultrasound cleaned.
Case tube has been drilled and tapped to accept gen' spec' tube.
The top of the case has been remachined to accept a gen' spec' bezel and crystal.
seconds at 6 modification to allow fitment of gen' spec' dial on ST19 movement.
Pusher holes have been drilled and re-tapped to accept gen' spec' pushers, the pusher rods have been modified to be compatible with ST19 movement.

Base watch - JKF Daytona case, ST19 movement. 195 euros (65 euros deducted because only the mid-case and movement were used)
Hand set: 45 euros

I don't test for WR but the watch will be WR to at least 3ATM. If you intend to immerse the watch in water then have it tested before doing so.
No warranty, express or implied for the movement, I purchase them just as you do. Any other problems with the watch related to build defects/flaws, should they arise, and are not related to user error, I will sort out without charge.
