Mind me asking the experts out there what the main difference is between the 187g ultimate vs. the older one besides the following?

7750 (old) vs. 7753 (new)
better date wheel on new one.

Are the price differences and tells significant between the two models and more importantly do you find it worth it? If there's anything else I'm missing, would love the input!

EVERYTHING!!!

The new model has the correct indices in black with a more proper lume color. The bezel markers and numbers are more correct and solid. The old bezel marks would fall off. The date change button actually functions (screws out to press) The new one has proper AR similar to the gen. Basically the new one simply needs to have the hands relumed and it's a 99% rep!! Get the new one, don't hesitate at all.

I pre-ordered the new 305, but I'm very close to changing my order and grabbing the 187G now because they keep delaying the 305.

It's a nice watch, I don't know if they resolved the problem with the date changing screw that broke out of the watch on the first deliveries...

Has the problem with the date screw breaking off been corrected ??? I pre-ordered the 243L, but I keep looking at that 187G.

I never even checked if the 187 had any issues. I was sucked in like the millenium falcon to the death star. just had to order. I hope it doesn't have date button issues.
