177 from torobravo's. What about it?

Hi guys, what do you think about toro's 177? It's my budget but I'm not sure about low beat movement. Does it run good? I had already a bad experience with a movement bought by a famous top seller on the bay. Almost one minute in advance each day!:angry:

I must choose a seller offering shipping via UK. But I think it's not the only plus of TB.
What do you think about low beat movement? I'm worry about it

Why worry about it? With the small seconds hand you can't notice.
