Today I received my first PAM from Lay. I get it now. 
This is my third rep and by far the best yet. I'm not a Panerai expert but everything looks to be in good order... except for one thing.
On the crown guard there is what appears to be a stripped screw. It's not destroyed, but you can definitely tell it was overtightened. Now I can swap it with the one under the lever, but I was wondering if there is any way to get a replacement.
