Just recieved my new 16710 I ordered from Sneed. I've added a gen coke insert and plan on reshaping the crown guards. Here's a couple photos showing a before and after the gen insert install.

Here's the link to the watch. I requested it with a black insert as I already have a WSO Pepsi insert. Total time from order to arrival was 12 days. The gen insert needed a slight sanding of the outer edge and then I was able to snap it into place with no glue.

Cyclops and Date alignment are spot on and the rehaunt is very nice aswell No wok here. Bracelet need an oiling and a rebrush. Overall a great value though.

I cannot take mine off.
I am sure everyone is sick of seeing it.
Really like the Coke insert.
The movement on mine (clone) was the cleanest I have received. No picture.:(
The date wheel has very pretty numbers.
Bi directional is 60 clicks I think.
Not the best feeling, but I have never turned a gen.

Sead is the man.He hunted around a lot to find this watch for me.Initially, he could only find a model with engraved rehaut from another factory.

Yelow69 you have one of the coolest 16610 collections I have seen. I thought I recognized your screen name. :)

ive been pouring through the forums trying to figure out the best Pepsi GMT to go with. Can anybody tell me how this one would compare to the following 2? Or any other suggestions? Thanks.

Let's start with one is ceramic bezel and one is metal bezel. 2 different watches here. Also one can be had for 6k gen and the other 35k for gen

The TS watch is the same watch in this thread. I would not get that movement in your link. Also, the CG do not look like that. Total lie. The BP CG look just like yelow69 posted. I would purchase from Sead at super mirrors.

The pure time watch is a totally different model. It is no where near gen for many reasons. The bezel insert is metal. If you do not care about any level of accuracy(gen to rep), get the one you like.

You need to pick a Pepsi model first. 5 digit or 6 digit. Then, you can do some more reading and make a decision.

Thanks for the replies. Clearly this is all new to me. I guess I'd be open to either a ceramic or steel bezel model as they both look beautiful to me. Is there an advantage, in terms of reps, in going with steel or ceramic?

So I'll steer clear of the Asian 2836. Thank you for that. I guess then that the swiss 2836 is the way to go? Any other movements to consider/avoid? Thank you for the help. It's really hard to learn a lot of this stuff just by pouring through threads as it's a lot of jargon and mumbo jumbo that doesn't mean anything yet to newbs like me. I'm trying to learn though!

When I clicked on your TS watch link before it showed a decorated 3185 movement. Maybe I am dreaming.

You do want a clone 2836 movement(module added for "GMT"). The movement I got in this BP is the cleanest I have ever received in a rep.

Swiss is not a good choice from the factories IMO. Other opinions will contradict this sometimes.
This was just a clarification post, as I am pretty sure there was a decorated movement in that link before.

Sead hooked me up with a very clean 1675 Pepsi 2836 clone piece as well. Jubilee was a little flimsy and loud but some oil remedy solid that. Crystal was level, date font and dwo have been spot on daily since first of July, QC was next day. Sending it for an aged Blueberry mod with UAE dial, raffles hands, aged dwo, Clarks crystal, etc. here shortly but for a base it was way better than expected for the $. Sead does his QC for you for sure.
