16610 LV insert. Gen or fake?

I've seen this 16610 LV bezel insert on the web and I'm wondering if this is gen or fake?

Wondering if someone can help me to answer this question.

Agree, unfortunately that's the only picture I have for the moment. I asked the seller for actual pictures of the insert but did not get some until now.
I'm still unsure at the moment although the seller has a good reputation. The asked price for the insert is relatively low. What really irritates me the most is that the insert is in very good condition without a pearl. Did Rolex also sell LV inserts without a mounted pearl?
Or is this a possible indication that this is a fake?
