Hi Guys,
I've got a 114270 incoming from Lucy and as a Seiko modder, I know that I'll be wanting to start swapping out parts pretty soon. There's a gen dial on ebay at the moment with a bit of a scratch on the Rolex logo and text. I know that I can get this little area refinished beautifully here in Poland and from the research I've done on RWI, it looks gen but I'm not conifident in my own abilities yet. I also have two issues/questions about the back of the dial:
1) I thought the dial maker's mark should be stamped somewhere on the back.
2) If the dial maker's mark should be stamped, does that mean 'Rolex' would be stamped as well, or etched?
I've been trawling through threads to learn as much as possible, so I hope I'm not out of line asking for help on this one.
