113 Noob - mini-review

So I got my 113 in today from Toro along with a watch box. Link to the gallery -> here

Summary - watch has the same issues Ale pointed out in a review on RG, as linked in the Pam guid, however it still has a gorgeous wrist presence and is a beautiful piece. If the damned seconds dial area would have been recessed vs embossed, it would be a true stunner, but it is very noticeable in person upon any amount of scrutiny so nags at me.

I have two kain heritage straps coming (blue calf and honey croc), as well as a gunny 74 so if these straps work out well, I'm going to pull the trigger on a gen 113. I like the watch that much and I am new to PAM, so it's caught me by surprise.

I have a 029 on the way next so that'll be my third Pam rep in 2 weeks . I think I have the bug!

Saw the pics on the link congrats on the 113, I really like the white dial pams and I can't wait to see a 114 released from noob factory. Hopefully they use the noob 390 case too.

It's a beautiful watch, even with the sub dial flaw, wear it well!
Btw the metal things inside the rep strap are called tubes, you can push them out of the rep strap with a screwdriver and re-use them on other straps. They are used on all Luminors AFAIK.

Well hell, ya learn something new every day! I would have thought if they were necessary, the gen would have came with it! Considering it was over 200 dollars and all. Thanks though .

Only the OEM rubber straps come pre-fitted with tubes.
