It is not easy with these pics to say something definitive
It is the reason for the confusions
I have enlarged the pics and so we will have better info.
MOVEMENT and SWAN NECK
The flat and matt blue screw and their housing holes seems Noob movement.
The SS polished screw of the main big SS wheels are also flat, like on Noob movement.
The Swan Neck is bad with short micrometric screw, the end of this screw doesn't touch the regulator lever, the inscriptions +/- and the scale marks are little, like in the gen. All that indicates a Noob movement.
CROWN GUARD AND LEVER
Lever roller axle and shape in the roller end are typical from Noob (H maker have different shape more "open" and much more evident roller axle)
The external tip of the lever is rounded typical of Noob (H maker is sharper)
The inner edges on Crown guard are not as "square" than in last better versions. It seems a non last version of CG or a remaked or retouched one. It is the worse thing in this version.
CASEBACK ENGRAVINGS
A clear N series engraving
Difficult to say with this picture how deep is it, in order to determine a new engraving version.
It doesn't seem bad, see the end of the inscription (perhaps engraved), but it is not possible a definitive decision
MAIN HANDS
This is clear, the wtach has PRE-V hands
Therefore, we have a watch PAM 111 N-series from Noob factory, with Pre-V hands, almost correct CG, seemingly with non completely square edges (maybe retouched to look like new version), and possible correct caseback engravings.
Note: After reading the comments from Goin, the fonts on the dial seem really thin too. There is no concordance between PRE-V hands and wrong font (??)
IMO. It cannot be a complete Noob latest version
This is what I can see from the pics
