111m and 111j dials

I've heard everyone saying that 111j dials are superior to the 111m, so i'm thinking of modding it.

But since i've never seen the 111j, can someone tell me how it's better?

Best if side by side pics can be included but i understand if this is a tall order.

From the noob 111J the colour of the text is spot on ... 111M is too thin & greyish
