Lucy is an expert with sourcing and more importantly QC'ing a watch before I even see it. Lucy's process is great for me because she knows what we look for and will happily return watches or work with the factory to fix things like dust on the dial, a movement that is not working or any other problems. Another great bonus is being able to use paypal after establishing a relationship (buying a watch via WU or other means)

Now, I just tell Lucy what I need, send the money and I get a little brown box.

Really good TD to work with. Even got me the new Patek in record time!

How do you like that Daytona? It's on my list for one of the next watches to get. What factory is it? How do you like it?

I got the Noob with the 1:1 movement...and I am very happy. There has been much discussion around the pros/cons, but as others have said "The movement alone is worth the price" and I agree. Great deal

Is the strap on the patek decent?

Its "okay" meaning if you fiddle with it up close you see its not gator but leather(?) patterned like gator. Far away its not an issue. Im replacing it. The watch itself is perfect & amazing. They really got it right
