well it took me about 4hrs non stop to mill grind and file fit the pam 328 band on a 104 head but i did it. what do you guys think?

Great effort, looks good. If I'm brutally honest though......you can't beat a nice thick leather strap on a Pam, especially the Marina's.
Each to their own, I just don't favour bracelets on Panerai.

But I don't understand some thinks in our hobby.
We are searching and paying for a 95% of accuracy. Looking for minimal details and ridiculous differences (like vintage and vendome hands)
And at the same time we make a modd like yours to ruin all the accuracy and make a different watch.
As I'm saying many times lastly: we are completely crazy !!
