ARF Factory has reopened since about 2 days back.
They are swarmed with tons of backlog orders that dealers placed with them (including myself).
Stocks will likely have a waiting time of about at least 2-3 weeks to come in from my experience.

The videos & update speed of your website is really impressive. I’d suggest to update the video script to spend more time focusing on details of the dial. Very substantial amount of video time is currently spent on the strap, which is often a quick throwaway.

Also, I know you have your reasons, but PT doesn’t charge me extra % for PP F&F. Hope you figure out a way too.

Thanks for the feedback. I will take note and get my VIDEO team to look into improving the VIDEO script.

Our PP providers charges us some fee for usage. And also due to country restrictions, there is no F&F option. 4% is also not a lot for the convenience our regular customers who keep coming back for more. We do hope you understand that.

Yes, they have both resumed operations.

Some of the models have some waiting time, but in general they are mostly available in stock.
