Ive dealt with Lucy several times and will continue to do so. My last watch took 4 months but it was a hard watch to get no one else
Had one, plus she rejected the first one since the movement was no good. With her communication is not the best, it takes
A while, but she’ll hand pick a good watch for you and have her watchmaker look it over, adjust it. For Me It’s worth the wait. I’ve always got quality you just have to be patient. Just my personal experience, and I will continue to use her!

Lucy hinted to me I might get QC pics last Monday (within a few days of sending money). It's a fairly popular watch so thought it might be a quick turnaround. A week later I've not heard from her.

But having read numerous forums on Lucy prior to ordering I'm not suprised. You have to trust the reviews and feedback she's had through this forum and accept that she takes a while for various reasons.
Like someone's previously said, it's too time consuming for her to email everyday each individual stating there's no significant update.

I'm going to trust the system and I'll update when she gets back in touch.

You should buy from a dealer YOU feel comfortable with... TD's can get very busy and yes Lucy can take a while to get back to you. If you don't feel good about it, move on, you'll both be better off.

I have purchased many watches from Lucy over the years and she has always come thru... your patience will be rewarded.

Lucy contacted me yesterday but unfortunately I had already placed the order from another TD. I'll keep your advice in mind for the next order from Lucy.. maybe I'll take a little more calm and patience.
