I figure I still owe a review of my buying experience three years back, and I also want to document my current puretime order here.
Through their support platform I can still replicate the process today, three years later.

Order #1 (Nov 2019): # 100184952
Nov 29: Wanting to buy a BB 36 KRF and rumors of a v3 I inquired about getting this watch from them, because they were recommended for German buyers for offering triangle shipping back then.
Nov 30: I got an answer that there was only a v2 as the latest version and different Dealers named it v2 or v3, but it was all the same. Placed an order the same night. Because they offered a discount on that, I opted to pay via btc, which was a bit complicated, because their mail system rejected emails containing payment information from me. I sent the information as a screenshot and the issue was resolved.
Dec 02: Payment confirmed
Dec 06: As a impatient noob buyer I asked when the QC will arrive because I was going on a holiday with bad/no reception. Customer service told me friendly to relax and that they would wait for me to return from my vacation if I did not immediately respond to the QC.
Dec 11: QC received and approved. However the leather strap was missing from the bundle, so I asked about it. They told me it was sold out and they would have to wait a few more days until they could deliver it.
Dec 14: Shipment confirmed.
Dec 17: Tracking info received.
Dec 30: Watch delivered to my door in Germany. As mentioned before I choose the triangle shipping option and did receive constant updates about the whereabouts of my shipment, however they were not very accurate, which did not bother me.

Over all the reliability and responsiveness of the service, as well as their speed was a through and through positive experience.

Order #2 (Jan 2023): # 100263894
A special occasion led to me spontaneously buying a watch I had been eyeing for a while. The XF Pelagos LHD. Naturally I choose puretime again because of my previous experience and my existing account with them.
Jan 08: Watch ordered. The gen comes bundled with a rubber strap and most other Dealers advertise so on their sites, so I inquired about that, because it was not in the pictures.
The mail must be lost somewhere in transit, unanswered. But I received payment instructions within a few hours.
Jan 10: payment confirmed
Jan 10: QC received. Must have had one in stock. In the pictures: the rubber strap.
Jan 11: QC approved, Shipment apparently sent out that day.
Jan 15: Inquired about tracking info on my shipment via email.

That is the current status today, waiting on a reply. Most likely already on CNY break.

I also have a open order from PT. Shipment should started at 13.01.
I am waiting for the tracking number, too. But yeah, I think CNY holidays are there :) so I ask myself if the watch is on the way or stuck in an office in China until the holidays are over.

I purchased on 12/26, received the quality control pics and then tracking number 1/10/23. Tracking number is showing no movement since the 12th.

lol UK forwarding isn't a thing anymore but gullible Europeans still get charged for it?
from other orders from China I know that triangle forwarding uses the Netherlands often these days.
Maybe it's the same for them but PT should really clarify.
I thought at least for that price I can expect my order to arrive untouched by customs, but yours got held up by Chinese customs I just read? Thats ironically hilarious!

I just wanted to highlight this part of the thread: "We inquired with the freight company, this kind of logistics tracking number will only be updated when it arrives at the local area, if the status is not updated, it means that it is in transit, please wait patiently :)"

Oh yeah I know about that from experience.
I haven't gotten a tracking number yet, so I#m uncertain if my order even made it out the door as promised.
That's what I wanted to inquire about.

So apparently the order made it out before the CNY break.
I was pleasantly surprised by my postman handing me the most unassuming package just now. That could only be two things right now. Car parts from Poland or a surprisingly quick delivery from China.
I did not get a tracking number beforehand and the usual notification by DHL was also omitted. It seems like part of DHL is on strike however, so that might also be on their part.
That said, I can gladly announce:
Jan 20: Shipment received.

Time from payment to delivery: 12d
Time from approving QC to delivery: 9d
