How could a DSN dial fit a 2893-2 mvmt? It's designed for 2836-2 and I heard it's hard to make alteration even if you try. Btw, you have a very nice collection of A series vintage pams!

You're right! Dial from Davidson is thicker and it is difficult to place, along with the movement. I had to work hard for a long time that it started to work.
This project was supposed to include Eddie Lee dial and Streck. But I would like it A series with Tritium (if not present).
Now I was free from the 029B Eddie Lee.

the secret to perfecting the 2893 swap is the dial spacer. I've done a 2836 to 2893 swap on both noob and Eddie Lee cases so it can definitely be done on different kinds of 2836 case.
