I'd say give it to a local watchsmith, hands are hard to swap they might snap very easy.
The movement in your link is correct, I bought several times from Helenarou.

oh one more thing, is the ST36 a quieter movement? the one in my V1 is rather noisy.

Swap the HF 005 V.1 will get some problems .
1. Cannon pin size was different . The low beat movement in your 005 got bigger CP , so the min hand will not fit very well on new movement .
2. Sec hand got same problem as min hand .

You can swap the CP at the same time , and use some glue on sec hand . That's the easier way to solve the problem .
But better find a watchsmith to help you if you don't really know what to do .
