For sale a beautiful GMT 1675 MK2 ! Case come from Bivintage with custom serial number corresponding to MK2 period. The dial is a Viet MK2 model from Bivintage too, like hands. The GMT hand has a little flaw as the red color stops a bit before the arrow (please check photos), this is why I have bought some new vintage look hands from RafflesTime.
The case have been reworked by @pompompurin , he also installed need tube and crown. He modified also a brand new Swiss ETA 2846-2 with GMT module to work as a Gen 1575 movement. Only 2 positions with the crown : Winding / Time setup. No quickset date like genuine movement. Movement keeps very very well the time !! Works flawlessly with smooth winding, great great job from @pompompurin !
Bracelet is an Italian 78360 from @arna67 .
The watch comes with a Viet Pepsi insert, a Crown Art Custom (CAC) Faded Blueberry insert taped on Bivintage bezel as the size wasn’t exactly good. You will get a blueberry insert from WSO too.
You will get with also a Gen 503 crown, just bought, not installed.
Watch is very stunning, maybe needs a more vintage look to match correctly with a 50 years old model. Please consider that some few work is needed to be esthetically perfect
. Reason of the sale is that 4 digits isn’t for me. It was a long time build but finally I prefer 5 and 6 digits.
