“Made with a Genuine Cartier Panthere De Secrete Ladies 1:1” What does this actually mean?

Hi all, I’m still looking for a SS medium Panthere. If I understand correctly GF was the best but they are no longer available and BVF is the current top.

But

When looking at the GF it’s listed as “Made with a Genuine Cartier Panthere De Secrete Ladies 1:1”

While the BVF doesn’t list the same.

I would be grateful for anyone familiar with Cartier and Reps to give me some understanding.

Depends, but it either means they use the Gen spec quartz movement, or they used a gen case?

It's mostly marketing blurb.
Basically, they are saying that they bought a gen and worked out the rep case by measuring it.

1:1 AAA+ Super Rep Best etc are just words on a page.

Try to locate a member who bought one of the models you are looking for and ask nicely for pics and wristshots

Thank you, Ocelot and Karbon. From everything I've been able to find, GF was the best but was shut down and now BVF is the current top. Would either of you agree that this is right?

sorry friend. I can't say. I never touched any of them close. So my opinion based on photos would be worth yours.

That said, I have seen both GF and BVF listed at Trusty Time. Maybe you should email him
