“Builds” on the bay

I see these type of listings constantly- some have ended but you can still see the descriptions etc.

On the one hand the sellers are disclosing they are Frankens, so not representing them as gens- on the other hand using eBay as the selling platform for them just seems weird/wrong....at least to me.

What’s the consensus?

I think this is a creative way to get around the copyright infringement clauses. If it is being represented truthfully, the first one is probably ok. The others I don't think are appropriate.
