‘Unknown’ factory Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean 600m LMPO

Hi All,

I have reached out to some TD’s to find me a Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean 600m LMPO Noob V5, with no such luck.

Geektime has been able to source this model, but not from NOOB. The factory is apparently unknown.

See below pics and video. Is anyone able to do a comparison and see whether there are any major tell tale flaws compared to gen.

Alternatively, does anyone know any more information about this ‘unknown’ factory?

The dial has the same flaw as the NOOB V6 where the minute markers next to the 6h marker is shorter than they should be.

Ahh yes I see. The minute markers either side of the six hour marker. It also seems to have different colour lume on the hour markers to the hands?

Apparently many sellers where selling this model as a Noob V6.

I have the V12 and it's the same issue with that. Hands and pearls are all green, but the minute markers are fixed on V12.

No. Noob made them all the way to V6, V12 is supposed to be old noob parts cobbled together by someone with access to them. V12 came out after noob was gone, V6 is the last one that was released when they were still operating.

So I got one of those - the lume is interesting, while you shine UV at it, the hands are distinctly light blue and the hour markers are green, but once the UV light is off, the glow is nice uniform blue and hands match the markers. MAGIC. Also can't take the green/blue reflection photo with a phone, just shows blue on the screen.

PS Got it from Ctime, they thought it was VSF, to me looks V6 but I never had one.
