Hi guys, first I want to say hello!!!
I am new here and I need help...usually I buy gen Omega watches and I do not know what to look for and how to buy good replica....
I am looking at Trevor*s Explorer ...link: http://www.trevorwatch.info/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=5_12&products_id=4403
I am looking for a watch that can not be easily recognized that it is a replica (I think we all look for the same) so please can somebody tell me is it ok, or where did they make mistake?
tnx for helping me :)

NS, may I ask why you want to limit yourself to explorer only? Why not Explorer II or thers for that matter? I read one of the review about explorer II which was made close to 1:1 with very much like super rep.

I'm at work right now, and the firewall's blocked Trevorwatch, but are you looking at Trevor's vintage or modern Explorer? If it's the modern Explorer, paying for the more expensive model will get you a thinner crown and a better movement. If it's the vintage Trevor, do a subject search in this forum for '1016'.

The Explorer I is way more like a "super-rep" as it has no flaws to worry about, like crown guards and stuff like that. It´s plain and simple.. and the major concerns are the fonts on the dial and the coronet etched @ 6 on the crystal.

For a first choice, the Explorer I is indeed the way to go.
...You can´t go wrong with such a elegant and simple watch.

Cheers,
Spirit.

I am interested in Explorer vintage model....I am looking for some classic watch, which is elegant and not eye catching...I noticed that there is some problems with dial so I am ready to pay more money if there is a dealer who have the same dial like gen...I do not know if I buy gen dial will it fit to replica?

Great choice mate. These are very close indeed. I am wearing one right now. The only issue is the explorer print on the dial (some have serifs and should not) and it's so small unless someone has a loupe there is no chance of them spoting it.

To show what I mean here is my alltime favorite Fakemaster photo:

If the cost isn't an issue I would go for the Asian ETA version if I intended to wear it every day: http://www.trevorwatch.info/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=5_12&products_id=33

Or contact time4direct ([email protected]) for a price on the Swiss ETA version.

tnx , I was thinking to buy one with good case and dial, and put eta when I import watch because for the price of custom duty I can buy new eta here ...
I do not care for serifs if numbers and other stuff on a dial is ok :)
do you maybe know does Trevors Explorer have crown in glass?
