They LOOK stunning on the wrist but sadly they FEEL like they came out of a xmas cracker which is why I sold mine as I think the “FEEL” is 75% of the battle with these reps

I may get another at a later stage but the DD’s can’t match the feel of the sports models or indeed the 41mm Datejusts for some reason

It will never look similar :)

idk about that.

My BP Gold dd40 is spot on when it comes 2 gold color.

Also ive seen photos of the bp and gmf rg where it catches all the shades and nuances of the RG.

I just wanted 2 hear how ppl w the pieces feel it portrays the color in person

first of all let me start of by saying i own the the noob day date 3255 full yellow and a gmf day date rose now

im very surpriced how good the GMF possibly the best rose gold rep ive seen its a pink tone like the gen not a bronze that you get from most reps so very good quality plating

it weighs 4 grams less than the noob day date but tbh cant really feel it

bracelet difference the noob is like 10 percent better not a major difference glad i kept it

but overall the noob is a killer the olive dial is perfect my friends had the gen cant really tell the difference looks wise

i got a new noob 3255 watch coming next week

Is there a reason to go for GMF over the BP for the RG DD with the green dial?

I have got a quick question, is the Rhodium strip dial in ss is both available from BP and GMF? If it is what are the differences in between? BP is 316 and GMF is 904?

I've been comparing pics and that seems to be the only thing, yes. 904L steel is a tiny bit heavier but since the weight is far off from WG already and the 904L is just a claim, not a guarantee anyways, I would save the money and go for the BP. Or have you gotten one already?

Liking mine so far. No issues with bracelet after ultrasonic cleaning and oil bath.
Looks stunning, amazing pics as well. Is there a filter on them?
Any signifcant tells other than weight? The dial looks really gen like from the photos and I think even the crystal is fairly decent. Not sure about the day and date font but definitely close, maybe a tiny bit too thin if I were to nitpick? Hoping my BPF equivalent turns out just as beautiful. Enjoy the wrist time with this beauty!

Anyone know whether an ETA 2834 will fit into here directly without modding as the day position is already at 12 as opposed to an ETA 2836 which would need to be modified for day at 12. KJ2020

Never tried a 2834 bro but it is much larger in diameter than the 2836 (29mm vs 25.6mm) and the daywheel sits very close to the outer perimeter so I think there would be some issues:

Fitting it to the rep case (esp. 36mm DD), need a different custom movement holder for the DD41.

Lining up the daywheel with the dial window - you still need the rep DWO for Rolex day fonts

I think a better option is a gen ETA 2836 and swap in whatever rep parts are needed to retain the 12 o'clock daywheel.
