And, of course, not without getting the OK from the staff here, right? :cool2:

Yes, I didn't realise it was a requirement but I assure I have no intention of doing so, and now obviously, if I did, then I would attempt to gain approval by you guys first!

Niceee, soon we are going to have a new resident modders :D

I'm working on a franken A7750 as we speak. I have quite a few Gen ETA parts. specifically ones that could be problematic on the Asian Version.

I'm building the movement using a mixture of both Asian and Swiss parts. I will end up a 7750 movement that works and lasts as well as a real 7750 but costs quite a bit less.

Need suggestions for a good watch project though?

No, i'm the UK and one cannot work on others watches until approval from RWI staff.

Even if I did have approval, I have no experience of messing with crystals as yet so I wouldn't neway. Sorry.

CazIRL, thanks. Pre tayyy pre tayy good. I agree.

Thanks, got the magnifying lamp from Ebay. I guess more experienced watch makers will disagree as they only seem to use a loupe but I think its awesome. It magnifies everythin plenty for me to see it! Only £37.!
