Looking for clean dial

I just started to think out my own watch I want to build.
I really like a very clean dial with NOTHING on it.

In fact I'm looking for a kind of sandwich dial but still not connected to eachother.
First I want to start with a complete clean dial to make my own dial decoration (drilling, filing, painting), lume the back plate and then stick both together.
Is there someone who knows where to purchase such dial sets ?
I would like to use a complete polished watch case (like the PAM 111) and then use a dial with diam. 35,3 mm. (that case is easy to find with GETAT).

Then for the dial decoration I would like to find the pearls with like used on the bezel of a Rolex DSD. Do they sell them seperatedly and where ?

The idea is to place the rolex pearls (or other make bezelpearl) on the 12 / 3/ 6 /9 -spot, then drill very fine holes (1 mm) in het dial on the other hour markers and paint the dial plate deep black matt.

Last thing I'm thing of : is there a method to print/write some text on the dial in white paint ?

There's some nice, plain dials there. Ex:
