so i went shopping with the wifey last night and we walked into the local AD to have a nose around. i drifted over to the IWC to gawk at the Top Gun and the 3717 when i realised that wifey was no longer with me. Looked around and there she was looking at the Dior Christal range. So i walked over to have a look (and so did the sales rep) at what caught her attention. Soon enough, she was trying them on. She has small wrists and the 33mm Christal seemed to fit well on her. much better than the Chanel j12's
anyway after that we went for dinner where we talked about it a bit and then after dinner we went back to the AD and well... we bought one!
wifey loves the watch. i was pretty impressed at it myself. different from the Tag ladies watches that are getting fairly common place. I really like the sapphire stones set into the bracelet. they are not flush with the bracelet but actually pyramid in shape. very pretty. the Christal range comes in a fairly wide variety of colors too (white, pink, black, red, purple, blue and maybe some i've forgotten) with options to have diamond bezels or sapphire stone bracelets with 3 rows (as opposed to 1 row that wifey opted for)
all in all, that should keep wifey happy for awhile and leave me be to restock up on reps in the new year
