Hey forum...

Having been here for a few days now... I would like to tell my little story.

I want a new watch (1 watch for Now)...

I have 5 gen watches (a DKNY, Armani, Raymond Weil, Movado and a Rolex) Ok so not a WOW collection except for the Rolex but then again .........I brought the Rolex after i got my first bonus with my first job AND..... Its not an Expensive Rolex, defo NOT like some of the rep designs I have seen here ...

Anyway I have only worn a watch with a suit (work). and very soon I'm going on holiday and want a watch to wear with my array of T shirts. The 1's i have do not go with a T Shirt a bit too smart.

So BEFORE i found this site i went on the web and looked at a few sites offering Rep's ...I feel in love with the IWC Aqua (blue and yellow Chrono with IWC printed rubber Strap) .... after much research (bear in mind .......I could not find this site !!!!)
i opted for www.watchesview.com [MOD EDIT: WARNING SCAM SITE!] put the watch in the shopping cart and put in my CC details ........ (I was soo happy..... what a Bargain)...........

......Declined ( hang on thats impossible ...I defo have the limit for this) ....So I tried again ....Same thing ..... then i went onto Multireplica.com ....i saw the same watch but when i went to the payment page .........same thing again Declined .....so lastly tried www.CanWatches.com [MOD EDIT: WARNING SCAM SITE!] and again no surprise Declined again ..
i recieved an email

Dear Customer,

I am sorry you didn't pay successfully on my site.
What's the problem? What can I help you?
Could you try again on my site?
Or..Can I send you an invoice for your order from paypal ?
Also you can pay it by Western Union.

My Western Union information is:
First name :XU HUI
last name : CHAI
address :WENSAN ROAD, XIHU ZONE
City : HANGZHOU
State( province):ZHEJIANG
Country : China
zip code : 310012

Pls advise.
Thank you very much.

Best regards
Tom

How STUPID was I .... It amazing how your brain stops working when your Heart makes up its Mind up !!!!!!!!!!

Then more research and i found this site ....and am so glad my CC was declined !!!! so i did some reading ....I have now come to the conclusion that I can't get a Rep from a trustee dealer before i go on holiday ......(especially after reading the post where a member has a complaint about Ruby!!)

Ok so i cant get a watch from a dealer in the time constraint i have .....so the only option I have is to ask forum members if they have a few extra watches that they no longer want and are willing to part with .........looking at what watches are available I'm REALLY confused about what watch to ask for !!!

so I posted in the Wanted forum and said i want a Chopard GT (i saw this watch and thought WOW thats nice)

then Rooster133 replied saying he has a few and maybe willing to sell me 1 ....( < http://forum.replica-watch.info/vb/showthread.php/would-like-buy-chopard-uk-46795 > )

But now I'm thinking... is that the watch I want? I've looked around again and I want some help; If you were to choose a watch ..from the list below which would you go for ?? (bear in mind this has to be the only watch you purchase in 6 months... also its to wear with T-Shirts in a hot country ..Something sporty ...Jeans, T Shirt, Trainers..... I'm 28 years old!!!)

I have narrowed it down to 3 watches ..... this should give you some idea of what i am after .....
1) The Chopard GT XL rubber strap
2) The IWC chrono with rubber IWC strap
3) Omega Seamaster orange bezel black strap (i think thats what its called) i saw 1 for sale in the rep members sale forum but he was looking for only US buyers.

Any other suggestions are most welcome ........

some pics ....(can be variations of the model also)

IMO, you will do well with a rubber strap, and the PO is a great choice, particularly 42mm size. It doesn't stand out as much as,say a 44mm Panerai on rubber or the Chopard you have in mind. Just my $0.02 USD.

I take it you are not in the CONUS but I don't see that you said where you are, so it is harder for a member from your continent to help you. Nor did I see that you said how much time you have to receive a watch.

Omega PO black bezel or orange bezel, on bracelet (makes it more versatile).

Most importantly: Where are you located and how much time do you have?

All three watches are OK, but I think Omega is the best choice. Second choice would be the Chopard (really like that watch). Personally, I don't like that IWC. If you don't mind a suggestion, I can recommend you to check the TAG Carrera Day-Date (43mm diam.) It's a really good replica and very nice watch.

Since this will be your first rep, PLEASE don't buy a watch with chronos. They all run the A7750 and I can almost assure you that it will break soon and be your last rep purchase.
Get a nice Omega PO or SMP, or maybe an Oris diver or a Breitling SOSF. All great watches, sporty, versatile, and reliable.

daamm thats some quick replies ....

I'm in the UK ... (thats why the chopard from Rooster is ideal)

well I'm going on holiday on the 24th Dec so would like the watch before then.

The omega with orange bezel (for some reason ..i think the rubber strap will make me look or FEEL younger :D ) is very popular but the problem is .......... It doesnt come with the black rubber strap and many people dont have the rubber strap ... and with my time limitations i dont know if its possible to get the strap individually.
but it is a nice watch ..

I bought this from Narikaa, who's UK based. The watch was shipped to me in the US from Thailand, arriving five business days after I paid for it. It came with rubber and a bracelet, per my request.

You may be able to get the black leather strap from PreciousTime or Narikaa, but the stainless bracelet is much sportier and more versatile and durable.

Omega rubber straps are quite rare. Actually, I'm not sure I've seen one. (EDIT: Just saw one above this post!!)
But you can get any 22mm rubber strap for the PO. Panatime will get it to you in plenty of time if you order soon.
