Silicon grease quality

I need to buy some silicone grease to grease o-rings from my scuba equipment.

Can I use this grease for the o-rings of my watches as well or would this require a finer/better quality?

Nope, exactly the same stuff mate. Works installing brake cylinder seals too

Basicly any grease tyhat will not harm the o ring will do just fine so as long as it is not a petrochemical based product you're fine.
