Just curious about other watch forums

This is the only watch forum I hang out in and for that matter use. I am becoming aware of other rep forums that many members here are also members of. Just interested me thats all. I understand that this "hobby" is a very tight close knit community for many senior members. I just didn't realise- and still probably don't realise- how close knit and how "old" some friendships here are.
So thanks for letting me be a part of this one and the education I am receiving along the way.

I spend most of my time here as well. Also spend a fair amount of time over at RWG1.1. Good bunch of folks at both. I feel the most comfortable at these two.
I am also a member over at RWG and Repgeek. However, I have never posted at either one and very rarely visit.

I believe dealer criteria is set by each forum. Some dealers seem to be present on most forums. Some are unique to individual forums.

Exactly my position... many addicts participate or at least visit several forums.

I joined all three when I started, and for some unknown reason, this one seemed to appeal a lot more, so I dont bother going back to the others

The rest, rarely visited.

As for dealers, they are more or less the same. Some of them use different alias at a different place.

Just out of gaining more knowledge and different perspective to things

RG1.1 (replica-watch-guide.net) has many of the same members and dealers as here. Both places are my favorite.

The others - I no likey so much.

I hang around a homage forum, and gen/boutique watch forum, a factory forum, RWG and RWG1.1 recently. Obviously, based on my post count, I happily spend most of my time here. The personality of this board is more to my liking. My preference for gens and non-branded watches draws me to other boards, though.

I am a member in RWG and Repgeek, but 99 % of the time I spend here because I have my friends here.I just use the others when I search for something. And if I am serious, you only can do a 100% job in 1 Forum.
