“wn-2†is a watch developed under the concept of “Our view of the
Earth from space.†A small model of the Earth turns slowly making
one revolution, counterclockwise around the North Pole, every 24
hours under the glass dome.
From outer space, time is one. “wn-2†is the world time clock that
indicates the time of anywhere on the northern hemisphere. It is also
the “wearable Earth†that encourages you to apply planetary speed
to your body and sense true human rhythm.
The diameter of the Earth-hand is 1/580 millionth of the diameter of
the Earth. If you hold the watch at arm’ s length (about 65 cm
apart, the distance is equivalent to 380,000 km. So in effect, this is
the view of the Earth from the moon.
