I'm a noob to the forum but have really appreciated the info on dealer ratings. I've heard many good things about Hont but find the site difficult to shop. I'm clearly missing something but I just see a bunch of disjointed photos with no model names or specifications. I do know I want to deal with Hont - I'd just like to find a way to make it easier rather than having to go back and forth on email bothering him with questions. Any advice?

With Hont you just email him a picture of the watch you want and the specs (i.e. 21j movement, etc...) and he will give you a price. Then he will get the watch and email you pictures of the watch he intends to send.
His website is not finished yet.

Do your research on another web site that lists specs. Find the combination that suits you. Send a photo and specs to Hont, asking for a price. He'll get back to you. He's very prompt and courteous.

And please post pics of your watch! Thanks.

+1 Hont is a great guy to deal with. Very honest too ( he has refunded over payments to various buyers here on RWI).

His website is not the best I agree but click on his "photo album".

Also as mentioned above use another persons website. Cut n Paste the pic and let him get back to you.

He has built a good rep here and that has led to him becoming very busy. So I suggest the following:-
1) Be patient re you enquiry and remeber everyone deserves a weekend. If you've not heard by 48hrs send him another email.
2) ASK him to post pics of the watch he will send you... when he does ASK him if he has QC the watch.
The last order I made from him he hadn't qc'd the watch and there was a small prob. I mentioned it to him and he offered to send me another watch. I said No because it was only a small prob. But it highlight s how good a guy he is and how busy he has become.

You couldnt have chosen a better dealer.
cheers

I would only add that his english is approximate, so go easy with syntax and pick your words on the simple english user side.
Hont is a very nice guy.

I'll add that my experience shows that payment to him is best done through Western Union.. but be sure to get his payment info from him before using WU, as his payto info can change from time to time.
