Don't get to emotional about these comments reeder. These guys are going to be your best friends if you stick around long enough to give them a chance. Emotions don't last forever, they are momentary. Write them down and they take on a whole new meaning in the future. (not as potent) When these posts arise they have a very short shelf life and are almost always resolved in the same way with benefit to the customer.
These dealers aren't from the "Wally World" side of customer service and if everyone here was as "mature" as you think they should be, then this would be a very dull place.
Stick around and have a laugh or 3.

Life is too short.Why do I feel like I've just peeped in on an ugly old lady? I saw things I didn't want to see, and now I can't un-see them.
I don't know T4D, only from what I read in the threads he participates to. I think I know Mbjoer enough to say I'm sure he would not post publicly if there was not a real issue. Whatever the reason is (miscommunication, hopefully).
But I am always upset to see the "I'm overbusy" attitude.
If a watch was sent (a tracking number was given), that means a payment was done and acknowledged. Why should Mbjoer give all the details again ? The order number should be enough for the seller to track the whole transaction : all the rest (name, payment references or whatever) is apparently useless.
I'm sure that is miscommunication and that the matter will be solved, amongst gentlemen.

1) I think anyone with an issue should PM the Mods listed in at the bottom of the TS forum before making any open posts..
2) I think all members should support each other and not pick side but just try to help resolve issues..
3) I have had some lack luster communications with sellers in the past...
I will now write my question in three different sentences so when translated they may figure out what I am saying easier..
4) As my old boss would say "Seems to be a lack of communications" which might be the biggest issues here..
I hope Robert and OP clear this up and everyone is happy again....

Ok, sorry to the OP for thread crapping. Any solution in sight? I have only good to say about T4D, but I guess he isn't the most customer centered dealer on the planet.

WTF?? This should your first tip to stay away from a dealer who has no CS, reminds me of TTK(douche) listen if you gotta beg for a guy to sell to you then look elsewhere.
