Help me get my identity back!

Hey mods, I've been trying for over a week to log in but my password is rejected. I've requested a reset several times with no response! I've created a new user, but would obviously like my original identity back, so can someone help me out?

Also, has anybody had any luck getting a theme to work on an iphone? Just showing as generic text on mine, no matter what theme I select!

i forwarded your message to me to csquared and sent you emails, he will fix it. please bare with us.

when you sign in on a bb or iphone it automatically selects the theme for the device you are using.
