Can anybody who has the V5 DSSD from Eurotimez tell me if this version has an improved HE valve seal, and if the watch is water resistent?

Cheers

I´m not relying on it being watertight, just that I saw the inside of the HE valve on one that, I think, gioarmani worked on, and it was pretty shabbily drilled. I thought maybe this version might be better. Apparently they do QC on several things when they receive the watches.

Guys....I think the "V5" is just another sellingpoint.
Regarding Chris.!? Hes a nice dealer for sure, but quite new, now before ure rushing into things, read threads on the forums! Ive not read many disapointed things about Josh! So I will always stick with him. No problems sending to Sweden, very very smooth dealer AND u always get what u order. SOmetimes he even sends u new improved watch of one model...like mine DSSD for exampel.
Regarding the DSSD v5....If u want good lume...relume it. Remember its just rep and u will not get good lume..no matter what model. But the lume on DSSD is better then any other rep Ive owned. It lasts longer...but it dosens shines brighter

I have the Eurotimez V5. You must assume that ALL your reps are (NOT) H20 proof!!!
Never go by what the dealer or website says! They are not the one's assembling them. Some of the watches may be great & properly sealed & some not so.
I opened caseback & epoxyed it & greased (siliconed) the gaskets. Or get it pressure tested by watchsmith. ;) Now my watch is H20 proof & great in the pool.

Everybody read:

http://forum.replica-watch.info/vb/...i-guide-41903?t=41903&highlight=waterproofing

"I would NEVER take a rep straight from the box into the water.Never. I don't care if you actually paid extra for your dealer to supposedly "waterproof" the piece for you; I can guarantee you through personal experience it didn't happen."

"That being said, metal on metal is impossible to water-proof; it's all about the O-rings & gaskets. And the more points of entry you have to a watch--HEVs, chrono-pushers, crystals, casebacks, etc.--the more possibilities you have for leakage."
