New Here, Some Questions Etc

Im new to the website i just sighned up today after looking at replica watches now for about a month. ive went through so many websites and people on craigslist looking for the best replica i could find and without getting scamed. I really like breitlings but there alot of money for someone my age, Im 21 and i was really intrested in the breitling navitimer 705 with a white face, But im thinking even if i got a real good replica people would automaticly assume it was fake cus im so young ha, and i would hate t be asked all the time if it was real. The other watch i was looking at was a Gucci 101G Chronograph, Now this one retails for about 1600$ i can buy this but it def put a hole in my pocket ha. So ive been thinking about getting a swiss replica of the Gucci one instead. This is more of the kind of watch people will look at it and think its real rather then fake cus its not crazy expensive. So anyway ive been lookin for a good swiss replica of the gucci 101 but this is a lil harder to come across then the breitlings, i mean there out there, i just dont know who to go buy?? i see them for 100-150 bucks but that cant be a good replica for that price right?? and recently i found a guy in NY who had them for 350$ with the box and everything saying its scratch proof exact weight and all. But how can you trust them?? I want one and will pay a few hundred dollars to have it where jewlers cant tell the difference to the real one would tottally be worth it to me.

So im kinda asking some advice..
Anyone who knows where to get a good Gucci 101G...

I was just reviewing that ha as far as that website (timeshops.net) you posted I heard nothing but good things from there, but they don't have the style I wanted just the g101 with the snake skin band.. I really like the all black one with the black steel band, or the white face chronograph with the steel band, wish that timeshops.net had it!! Ha

dont let your funds get in the way of choosing the watch you want. the greatest thing about reps is that you can practically have any watch you ever wanted or dreamed of and that makes rep collecting a whole lotta fun.

also, since your 21... just a question for you to think about. how many 21 years olds know what a breitling is??? how many 21 year olds do you know that are as fascinated about watches as you are?

im just saying, dont get worried about being called out or having a rep that you cant afford. the chances are, nobody will notice what brand your even wearing.

These are wise words. I wore my PAM (Panerai) to a party the other night. I had three different folks ask me what kind of watch I was wearing. None of them had ever heard of Panerai. They liked it, but had no idea who/what it was.

Very few people will notice what you are wearing unless it just stands out, and even fewer will care. Wear what you want and like... i doubt anyone will ever call you out.

Yeah you def make a good point, but my friends and family are a tuff crowd ha I just think getting something worth less Is a lil less noticable ya know?

well... when it comes to friends and family.

my friends and family know that i rock reps. hell i bought my dad a fakey UPO and he wears it daily.

i mean if thats what your worried about then i guess go for the gucci. just wondering though... are any of your friends or family even into watches? a brietling could be equivalent to a seiko to them. not many people are really aware of most high end watch brands.

to tell you the truth, i personally think rocking a gucci would be noticed a lot more than a brietling just because of how most gucci watches look. they blatantly look gucci... you can see it from a mile away and their G or name is usually very obvious.

anyways, im trying to say go with what makes you happy, unless they would really really really look down on you for rockin a fake watch.

sorry another story and ill stop. my first rep was a fakeymariner. a regular stainless steel and black bezel classic. when i showed my friends they were very very impressed on what they saw and felt! in fact, they realized even more how stupid it would be waste so much money on the real thing when its so damn close to the original! they were also impressed that my watch was hand built by one person... not a machine or some assembly line.

in a sense, if i brought home a REAL rolex they would have actually looked down on me for wasting my money. they never realized how QUALITY a fake can really be. nobody really knows how quality reps are these days!! its really funny reading the gen forums and hearing what they have to say about it cause they dont know anything either!

Don't get worried about being called out mate. Especialy with a Gucci. Not that many folk are going to be aware of all the different models around.
I wore my UN Blue Surf to a conference this week and got exactly three comments, all "Nice watch!". Only one of them knew WTF it actualy was and he was wearing a dress style UN himself. He had a real good look and the only comment he made was that he must get a sports model himself! Gen owners rarely know anynear as much about watches as the folk here do. Mind you, you will never get a rep that will fool an AD for very long if at all. Something like an Ebel Discovery or the afore mentioned Surf if it stays on your wrist but as soon as it's in their hands they will know. Best advice is never to take a rep into an AD store. It's considered rather bad form to do so.

Also.. ive been looking on this website on the recomended websites to buy from and stuff and i cant find the exact Gucci one at all?? i mean i find it on random ones on google then later to find out its most likely a scam ha..Or some of the trusted vendors will have the same style but with a color that was never made by gucci ha. has anybody seen this watch on any of the trusted forums??

SO... i know this is a old thread but just figured id update here.. Ive always wanted this watch!! but it was alot of money so.. i never got around to buying it and was gonna order a replica breitling, But i got super lucky, someone I knew was selling the Gucci 101G watch after only wearing it a hand full of times.. the box the warranty the recipt extra links everything!! got a super good deal on it and just had to buy it ha.. so anyway heres some pics from my iphone there not best but oh well.. NOTE: this is REAL not replica

yeah def.. i was safe wih my purchase had everything to go with it and had it checked out by a watch place that sells them.. i would love to diamond the G out lol they had a ton of them at the watch place all done up looked really good
