Is this a gen breitling sosf?

well it came in... all the paper work is there serials are the same as the watch still want to go to a watch store to verify it.
it's hard to tell in the pics as there isn't one close enough of the dial but i believe one of the tells on even the best SOSF rep is the "S" in Superocean; on the gen there is a slight curving of the tail of the S, where the tail on the rep S is just straight. this watch looks like it has the curving S tail.

There's no high end version of the latest SFSO (the one with the arrow seconds hand). Yours look well finished so I opt for the gen option 
The pearl also says it's probably a gen, as the pearl on the rep has a larger surface of lume.
The almost white lume tells gen, although this is easy to mod.
To check definitely, you can open the caseback : the movement must be nickel plated and has the Breitling markings on the rotor, whereas the rep (with nickel plated ETA movement) has no markings.
That just reminds us how good the SFSO reps are.

It's a genuine I do believe. I bought one recently too and it looks like yours has the same date wheel quirk that mine does. It's favoring the left side of the date box. I talked to a Breitling Dealer about this and he said it's very common on the new arrow models. He told me that its very fixable but very few have had made an issue with it.
This is a case where the Clone gets a point above the gen. :lol: Do enjoy your watch my friend! It's a keeper!

just came back from an authorized breitling dealer. It's a genuine with warranty till 2010. They even adjusted my braclet for me for free. I love the watch.
you have all reasons to love this watch....its a true beauty....and a classic watch.
