Hi folks.

I'm a watch enthusiast (getting addicted :D ) from Dallas. I have been buying watches for the past 10 years but your regular low end quartz stuff (Seiko, Skagen, Swatch, Kenneth Cole, Boss, Guess, Bulova, Fossil, etc.). At the time I was aware of some of the most popular brands but nothing compared to the stuff I've learned in forums like this.

Then one day I went to China and I found reps of Tags, Rolexes, Cartier, Montblanc and although they were not great it was enough to catch my attention. I bought a Tag Link (luckily a somewhat good and accurate one), a Bvlgari Diagono (good automatic watch but needs a strap) what I thought was a MB Timewalker (oh we learn. this one screams fake).

I then found a couple of forums where the reps were discussed. At the time I was just trying to learn more and maybe get some tips on where to find good replicas for the next time I was in China. I saw the reps on some of the dealer sites but I was wondering if I could just cut the middle man and get the good directly the next time I was there.

So during my second trip I was able to use some of my new acquired knowledge and asked for the real good reps, instead of the cheap stuff they put on the counters. That got me a trip to the back of a very poor house in one of Beijing's slums. Even my Chinese friends thought that was a little too risky.

During that trip I brought back another Tag, a Panerai and a Cartier Santos. They were not top notch but still cheap. I compared them with gen picts and there are visible differences plus they don't look like expensive goods.

So after more then 1 year researching the forums and dealer sites I finally cave in and tried the normal way to get reps. I have posted my first pics of my new good replicas here

I have to thank the many members that add their time and opinions to make forums like this great.

My only problem now is how to stop buyin these things.
