I agree. After made one buying to the 4 greats (Joshua, King, Trusty and Pam111) I choose this guy: Angus. Never tried to cheat me sending a wrong watch or misfuntioning. Always quick answer and quick shipping.

Bought several watches from him (very nice HBB by the way indeed ,and PAM111E)....always quick , and solves any problem normally if you have something with your watch...

I have a fully modded PAM 127 underway !!!!

PureTime customer service sucks badly lately, have a look to other boards and you'll see what i mean.

He usually dropships though he states he check carefully every watch and when a problem arises he makes a little effort to sort it out.
My last experiences with him are very very disappointing.

i love the way puretime shows the products, the details and stuff... but i want to make my 1st buy from him, i sent them 5 emails in 2 days (i have some questions about 3 watches) and i got no respond...
i will wait 12 more hours...if i still get no answer back, i will shop from precioustime (at least i got an answer from them!)

yes, not from angus....i doubt there really is an angus anymore,angus use to be nice and honest
