Understand this is coming from the guy that tried to help in the beginning. What I see is an acknowledgement of an obvious point that was followed by a backhanded comment after 10+ pages spanning two threads.

I would hate to think, that I was right in my earlier thoughts, that new members are not really welcome by some of the more established members.

I haven't played in this cat-fight and haven't even read every post. But from my standpoint, it's time to lock it up. I just don't see where this can go and how it can be of any value to the community.

iv actually been trying to move on but somehow this thread keeps getting bumped to the top and its extremely annoying. i really doubt this forum really cares about your mistake that happened how long ago??
i dont mind if you become an active member, the past is the past. hell, i am happy to have you around, another person to talk watches to! but you blatantly said you dont need us, and i am not speaking for everybody but myself... but from that comment, it makes me just not care about you. your a member of this forum like everybody else, i like people who come out and say what they want but here, we ask before you do so, think about it and read similar experiences, i guarantee every problem you come across in rep collecting is answered in the archives here. we dont take blasting our dealers here very lightly and we actually acknowledge what they do for the forum. i am sorry for what i said before but the whole forum would go off on ANYBODY, noob or not, if they did what you did.
