Ian, I don't know you well enough to know whether you are making a sarcastic comment or not, but I would like to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume that your intentions are sincere.
I would like you to understand that while it's difficult to know every single person on this forum, that it is, in general, comprised of very kind, knowledgeable, sensible people who are generous in their watch expertise. We are all happy to give you assistance if you have genuine problems. However, you will find your time on this forum to be much more rewarding if you take the time to read and research. To be at all successful in this hobby, you're going to have to dig down and find patience that you never knew you had. It's not uncommon for some people to wait for weeks and months for that one special watch they want. For them, it's worth it. If you don't have what it takes to deal with that, then please save yourself the angst of rep collecting. It will bring you more heartbreak than it's worth.
I suggest that now that the issue with Mark is cleared up that we all start over and be friends. There are certainly lots of watches out there just waiting for someone to love them and take them home. See if you can find one to call your own.

Well you 1st post was hardly one that was going to endear you to the forum.
Even after it was explained to you that you were being unrealistic in your expectaions you couldn't grasp the concept.
In the end I suspect members got fed up of trying to tell you nicely as it became apparent that the only point of veiw that counted was yours.

Listen Ian, I think you are actually going to like this place if you give us another chance. This place is simply full of watch knowledge, and once you start getting involved here there is no way out. You are stuck in this very addictive (but in some instances illegal) hobby and this forum will help you NOT getting screwed and scammed by not so honest dealers.

Thanks for the replies to my post, however since I felt I had no option but to cancel my order with Mark ,I now have the ongoing problem of trying to find a good replica of the ladies Chanel White ceramic J12.

I'll add this for what it's worth. You freaked out after 48 hours and started a thread screaming you wanted to cancel. There wasn't any 'had no other option' component on your end. It was your choice. Though by the end it was getting cancelled even if you'd changed your mind. And this new thread has all the earmarks that you still believe you were wronged. I think you're going to have a very hard time finding anyone who will deal with you.
I think you would be better off not posting for a little while and use the search button and do some research, and don't ask "where can I find a good replica of this Chanel" because most of the dealers get their watches from the same place.ssr said:

His response time was first rate. I had all of the watches in my mailbox within 8 days from the date I placed order.
I would give Mark another chance, plus be patient you are not the only client he has and many of the orders he fills are for 4 or more watches at a time. This requires extra attention on his part to get it all coordinated.
Pay by credit card in 2 or 3 days you will receive an email with EMS tracking info.
Then be patient some more .... the EMS website usually updates about the time your watch is in your mailbox.
It would go a long way to distinguish yourself on the forum and to a very trusted dealer if you attempted to place your business again with him.

Anyway, I think you all are actually too hard on ssr. Stop beitching about that first thread, let it go and let's move on. When you sail onto Marks site it really doesn't look like a one man operation but rather something like a bigger shopping site. And yes, of course everybody should read the noob guide but honestly, how many does? How many read the manual before starting to fiddle with the cell phone or the VCR (oh, you have DVD nowadays do you?)? Ok, it was a stupid first post that should more have been layed out as a question, but really it's not that big a deal is it?
So regarding the Chanel J12. Any of our approved dealers should be able to source that for you. Use the search function and get some more info. I know there are some of the members who bought different Chanels. PM them and ask for their suggestions. Or go back to Mark and do business with him - he is great and honest!

Im not sure where your from but if its in the E.U. or UK, precious time is a very good choice as he orders the watch in from china then forwards it on from the uk.
Even if he doesnt have your particular watch on his website just pm him, he will prob respond within a day or so and will prob be able to get it.
Saying that though Im sure any of the trusted dealers would be fine, I havent used mark personally but if hes on here then hes good.
Give this forum a chance, they really are a great bunch.

While I mostly lurk in the shadows, I felt oblige to comment here as it appears to me that you have truly misjudged the forum's members, its dealers, and the hobby in general. There are a large number of inherent risks to this hobby, and to truly enjoy it, you owe it to yourself to take the time to familiarize yourself with all aspects of it. There is a comprehensive NEW MEMBERS section here with hoards of information. I probably just read for 2 weeks straight before even considering to make a purchase.
Members here have put the time in to learn, as well as help others. But coming to the forum with impatience, a sense of entitlement, and lack of common courtesy will gain you little but deserved backlash.
Im sure this post is a little repetitive, but given how people are still willing to extend assistance and explanation to you even after you come back with a low witted sarcastic post, my hope is you get the point.

Could I first thank Exploder for his rational post-few of the posts regarding my situation were, certainly in the beginning.
My only gripe was that Mark had not replied to my mails to him and nothing else, and he himself admitted he had a server problem and apologized for the delay in replying to me.
I decided yesterday to forget your cheap replica's and bought my wife a genuine EP Pequignet Moorea diamond bezel and markers.
You will be pleased to learn that I will not require your help in the near future but fully accept my mistake in the original topic header, and as you have all told me Mark seems like a genuine guy.
