Hmm. Well with that said I am emailing PT myself. I could be wrong Hooli but I get the funny feeling when all the emails get posted that this story will take on a different twist.

I've already emailed him, Fakes. I did that just after my first post in this thread.

So, Angus never sent you any tracking information for your package? How did you know it had arrived at the Post Office?
Of course he gave me the traking number, that's how i saw my watch was received in the poste office.
I have nothng else but this number with me to show in the posete office.
Beleive me, i tryed to find many times how that could happen, and the only solution is that one employe took it and sign the registry.

Like i told, that's finish for me. I just write about the Angus behave who ignore me, and in the other hand email back if it's someone else.
that's why i'm upset

I can understand how this happens.
The Post Office here leaves a slip in my mail box. I take the slip up there, they pull the package, I sign the slip (my name is already on the slip so easy to sign the correct name), and off I go. I've NEVER been asked to show ID of any kind if I have the slip in my possession.
So if your mail box doesn't lock (Mine does - bad experiences in the past), then ANYONE can take a slip out of your mail box and pick up the package. Or the postal employee can sign your name and keep the package - showing that it was delivered to you.

While it can be frustrating that Angus has not responded, you have to remember that English is not his primary language and he may not fully understand the nature of your emails. Based on your writing style, I'd guess there are language translations going both directions. He may feel you are claiming you never got the watch or that he is responsible for it.

In any case, I would file the complaint and show that the signature does not match yours. Have Angus send a receipt for a used vintage watch worth what you paid, and see if you can get reimbursed by the post office.

Good luck!

If you have a tracking number, you know what method Angus used to ship the package - EMS, Air Mail, DHL, etc. and to what final destination address the package was sent. What other information could you be looking for from Angus?

Ok i understand he can't do anything with this problem.
And i already tell him several times "it's not your fault".
But he Could Email me back, said something. It's not fair
If someone can contact him, ask him why he don't want to
talk with me.

Ps: i only ask him to scan me the receipt to Check address and name.
and if i can buy another replica, and in different way (not ems)

dardevil, I've already sent Angus an email asking him to read this thread and respond.

So, I guess we'll see what happens.

FOR THE RECORD, I have attempted to contact Angus over the last two weeks attempting to BUY from him. He has always replied in a timely manner, and provided great before and after purchase customer service. I have not received a reply to any of the three emails that I have sent.
When a dealer does not answer emails from a previous customer asking to send them money... something else may be the cause of the lack of response. I assure the OP that it has nothing to do with the fact that his package was taken home by a postal employee.
I truly hope that there are not serious issues, health issues, family issues at the cause of this absence.

That has *not* proven to be the case in the past. So, I don't think you need to worry about it.

I am sending you a PM with my personal email address. I would like for you to forward me all of the emails that you have sent him along with the reply that he sent you two days ago.
Thank you,
T

EDIT: Given the tone of your last few posts, I am going to give you one chance only to provide the requested information. I am really beginning to become annoyed by brand new members with little/no experience in the replica world making posts about dealers that MAKE NO SENSE AT ALL. There was NO reason for you to create this thread, there was no reason for you to expect anything from Angus (I respect that you have stated that you expect nothing... but then I ask, WHY MAKE THE POST).
I have provided you my email address, I would like to have ALL of the emails that you have sent to Angus with full headers and the reply that you received with full headers. Once I have this information, I will discuss this further. Until then, this topic is being locked as it is doing nothing good for the OP or anyone else.

I have received the two emails sent by the OP to Angus. They were sent on 7/22. The OP asked for shipping documents to be scanned and emailed to him for verification of the address that the package was being delivered to. First problem is that Angus would not have these documents as he does not handle the shipping. The second problem is that the OP sent the two emails only hours apart... And the last problem, I can see that even the automated email that was sent to the OP was pulled from his SPAM folder to be sent to me... Its entirely possible that there are OTHER emails from Angus in the OP's spam folder.

On the 28th, the OP sent an email from another email account asking, " Do you guarantie your watches?" and Angus replied within a few hours that he did...

NOW, should the first two emails have been answered... yeah, probably. But the OP would not have liked the answer.
The simple fact is, Angus had a watch shipped to the OP... It was picked up by someone, and not confiscated by customs. At that point, it is out of Angus' hands and nothing is required.

Im very sorry that this happened, it happens more often than any of us would like to admit. But Angus has done nothing wrong here...

you're right. And i repeat it's not his fault.
it's only a question of behavior.
But for shure all my email wasn't on SPAM, because before my payement i wrote him on his gmail account and he response me.
And of course i already check my spam,
Before accusing someone, i check everything and tryed to understand like if i were him.
But for shure he ignor all my email, it's not a question of Spam

WHAT FREAKING BEHAVIOR?

You mean not pulling information he did not have out of his butt? Or answering a loaded question snuck in from an alternate email? You call that honest? Give it a rest.

CBR you need to lock this up otherwise the guy will just camp out here forever.

Ok time for me to chime in... WHAT ARE YOU EXPECTING ANGUS TO DO IF YOU'RE NOT EXPECTING HIM TO DO ANYTHING? *Argh my digital throat!* It's something you've already made clear, and to top it off Angus sent the watch, someone picked it up [customs didn't confiscate it], end of story, there is nothing to it, go to the post office and from there on file a claim for a stolen package a friend sent you [you just state you don't know what was in it], done and done, Angus is out of the picture, he's not required to do anything, he did his part, end of story. If he's not answering your emails it's because it makes no sense to answer an email stating you understand/admit he's not responsible... makes sense?

As each post of this assinine thread gets written, once again, I have to say, that these truly stupid
situations occur by way of a new member with less than 5 posts, who makes hit and run accustions, riles up the clubhouse then rolls out of town like a tumbleweed. no brain just forward rolling motion.

to the OP

if he wants to do something about it go the police and to report an identity thief

imagine you would have order a PS3 or a box of Champagne or a camera,
if the guy who picked up your package has been able to do it once he could do it twice.

and to conclude i think this thread has to be locked,
it's not angus fault, the package has been delivered to the "good person" even if it wasn't the good person.

identity thief,
not the fault of dealer.

and by the way, OP, can you prove that you DIDN'T pick up the watch and that you are not trying to get another one for free.

just my thoughts
